Information You Create (User Content)
Tasks & Notes: The text, titles, descriptions, and tags you create. Voice Recordings: Audio files you create when using the "Brain Dump" feature. Metadata: Priority scores, categories, completion status, and timestamps.
Account Information
Google Sign-In: To enable cloud synchronization, we authenticate you via Google. We receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
We use your information strictly to provide the SoundsWrite service: Task Management, Cloud Synchronization, and AI Prioritization (Gemini 2.5 Flash).
