By accessing or using the SoundsWrite application, browser client, and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

3. Voice Recording & Artificial Intelligence

SoundsWrite processes spoken voice recordings using Google Gemini API models. By using our voice capture feature, you consent to the transmission of your voice data to Google Cloud API endpoints for transient processing.

We use enterprise developer APIs. Under Google's data processing terms, your voice recordings and generated task texts are never used to train artificial intelligence models.

4. Your Content & Data Sovereignty

You retain all rights, title, and ownership of the voice notes, tasks, checklists, and text contents you capture in SoundsWrite. We do not claim ownership over any of your data.

Your data is saved local-first on your device using encrypted storage. Cloud synchronization is optional and backed by secure Firebase authentication rules to prevent unauthorized access.

You have the absolute right to permanently delete your data. Deleting your account from the app settings permanently erases all associated credentials, tasks, and cloud storage recordings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload, store, or sync any content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, or infringes on the intellectual property of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate acceptable use guidelines.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. SoundsWrite does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that your tasks will never experience sync conflicts.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoundsWrite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or productivity resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
